Zoe Gotera

Zoe Gotera is the Director of U.S. Operations at Dabico Airport Solutions, a leading provider of aviation ground support equipment and services. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Zoe is responsible for overseeing and optimizing plant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across the organization.

With a strong background in the aviation industry, Zoe brings a strategic approach to operational management, leveraging his expertise to drive performance improvements and foster operational excellence. He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which has provided him with a solid foundation in both aviation and business management.

Prior to Dabico, Zoe spent 10 years as the Service Director for Nations Bus, building and maintaining custom busses and shuttles. His tenure also includes 18 years as a Territory Sales Manager for Autozone, a major automotive parts retailer.
