Ravi Bali

Ravi is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dabico Airport Solution, where he is leading Culture, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Engagement, Performance and Talent and focused HR initiatives.

Ravi has over 25 years of Global HR experience working in the Semiconductor and High-Tech industry. He initially started as a HR Manager at STMicroelectronics and thereafter took on HR Leadership roles at Atmel, Lumileds and Smart Global Holdings in California. Ravi is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a strong track record of developing and deploying global people initiatives in a multi-cultural environment, aligned with business priorities, across high-tech and manufacturing verticals. He is a specialist HR initiatives within dynamic and complex organizations.

 Ravi received his Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is married and a proud father of two children, 29 and 27. In his spare time he enjoys NBA games, walking, movies and reading.
