Cable management system trench covers
Dabico cable management system trench covers guarantee that the cable inside the channel is entirely protected from vehicles crossing the track and from objects falling into the cable duct. The system has several major advantages over other, more conventional cable protection systems:

Shore Power (Cold Ironing) Connector Pits
Dabico shore power (cold ironing) connector pits provide convenient and easy access to shoreside termination boxes.
Our shore power (cold ironing) connector pits are available in different configurations to suit site and customer
requirements. Pits can be either prefabricated or site cast concrete. Provided with easy lift, load rated covers, they
enable easy, quick, and safe connection of the berthed vessel to shoreside power supplied.
One-Man lift assist covers (Load Rated)
Dabico assisted lift access covers are 90-tons load rated and can be used for personnel access or for access to critical
equipment inside underground vaults or pits. Provided with waterproof seals our one hand lift access covers require a
minimal 12 KG (26 LB) to open and can be push-closed. Standard accessories include grating platforms for fall
protection and ladder assemblies (with/without safety cages) with integral extension handrails to aid entry/egress.
Turnover Anchor Pits and Drums
Dabico turnover anchor pits and drums provide convenient and easy access to cable terminations from the electrified
rubber tired gantry (eRTG) crane to fixed power supplies. Our turnover anchor pits and drums are available in different configurations to suit site and customer requirements. Pits can be either prefabricated or site cast concrete. Provided with easy lift or removable, load rated covers, they enable easy, quick, and safe access to underground power connector or termination boxes.
Fire Hydrant System Pits
Dabico provides a comprehensive range of fire hydrant systems pit ranging from hydrant valve pits, isolation valve pits, air purge etc. our hinged covers provide rapid access to fire hydrant valves enabling quick and easy connection ensuring an always on-demand supply of fire fighting water. Pits are provided with easy lift hinged, load rated covers.
Rail Wagon Air Supply System Pits
Dabico rail wagon air supply pits form part of the railyard infrastructure and are designed to dispense compressed air
conveniently and efficiently to rail wagons. With a wide range of pit styles available all customers needs and requirements can be accommodated.
