Our integrated airport solution, DABICO DABiConnect, connects all GSE assets including GPU, PCA, Visual Docking Guidance Systems (VDGS), passenger boarding bridges, potable water systems, sewage and blue water systems, in-ground pit systems and other aircraft stand equipment.
DABiConnect is a cloud-based solution with enhanced cybersecurity that integrates with airport operator databases (AODB) and airport billing systems to enable automated billing for airlines. The technology monitors and records all operational parameters and actions of gate equipment for all aircraft.
DABiConnect provides:
- Geo-location, live operational parameters, fault warnings, diagnostics, real-time alarms or notifications
- Storage of operational and maintenance history, service history management, breakdown service and AMC including online monitoring
- Pre-alerts in line with OEMs' recommended preventive/predictive maintenance schedules
- Estimated costs, manpower and duration requirements on daily and weekly maintenance
- Option to integrate with spare parts ordering based on O&M spare parts manual through existing ERP solution
DABiConnect is expandable to accommodate additional aircraft stands or equipment, with fully integrated automatic billing for airlines resulting in accurate billing and greater efficiency. Our Predictive Analytics Solution (PAS) package provides notifications and equipment diagnostics, reducing downtime, improving reliability and reducing operational and maintenance costs.

Remote Monitoring
The DABiConnect System helps to monitor the health status of all the gate equipment remotely — usage, operational and functional parameters along with equipment identity, plus live communications of events and alarms via tablet, mobile app, or computer.
Predictive Maintenance
The DABiConnect System provides all necessary data required to undertake preventive maintenance such as maintenance schedule, planned cost, maintenance time and labour requirement, spare parts requirements etc., plus Ad-hoc Service Management with Fault Service Record.
Automatic Reporting
The system generates reports and exports complete operational and maintenance data including revenue and operation cost data, filterable by equipment/calendar period/time and schedulable to email inbox.
Remote Diagnosis and Alarm Management
The DABiConnect System helps identify faults remotely based on received communication and equipment history, with real-time location and timestamp, plus recommendations/analysis of cause of failures based on OEM data feed to reduce downtime.
Automatic Billing
The DABiConnect system integrates with Airport Automated Billing Systems based on actual equipment/service usage per airline's pre-agreed contract, with drill-down billing reports (customer-wise, equipment-wise, consumption-wise).
